Alana Marajh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality, administrative roles, and non-profit financial management. Currently serving as a Membership Coordinator at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa since November 2023, Alana also operates as a Bartender at Serafina Miami and an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields. Alana held the position of Treasurer for the STAR Academy Booster Club from September 2018 to November 2023, managing the financial affairs of a non-profit organization. Previous experience includes roles such as Bar Manager at 800 DEGREES PIZZA, LLC, Head Server at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Administrative Assistant at Scan Tech LLC, and various positions in the restaurant industry, including Front of House Manager at Outback Steakhouse. Alana holds an Associate’s Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography/Sonographer and Ultrasound Technician from ATI College of Health, complemented by a comprehensive educational background at Florida International University.

Serafina Restaurant Group was conceived while Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato were traumatically lost at sea in a small sailboat. Wearing only bathing suits, suffering from bitter cold, violent weather brand severe hunger pains, the two stranded friends fantasized about creating the perfect pizza. Using Fabio’s architectural genius to construct a revolutionary oven and Vittorio’s artistry Neapolitan cuisine the Serafina idea and brilliant partnership was born. With an uncertain immediate future, they swore to open a restaurant serving the best pizza and pasta in the world if they were to survive the terrifying ordeal.
