Khoa Trinh

Khoa Trinh is an experienced investment and real estate professional currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at Seraina Invest AG since May 2023. Prior to this role, Khoa held various positions at Baloise Asset Management AG from April 2020 to May 2023, including Head of Real Estate Product & Portfolio Management. Khoa has also served as Leiter strategische Akquisition & Entwicklung Immobilien at Baloise Group, was in transition for a brief period in 2019, and worked as Chief Investment Officer at Stone Estate Swiss AG from October 2017 to January 2019. Earlier in the career, Khoa was Head of Real Estate Acquisition, Divestment & Construction at Swiss Life Asset Managers from April 2001 to September 2017. Khoa Trinh holds a Master's degree in Architecture from ETH Zürich, completed between 1991 and 1995.
