Dries Stuer's work experience begins in 2006 with their role as a Product Manager for Cacharel & Diesel. Dries then progressed to become a Senior Product Manager for Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Viktor & Rolf, and Maison Martin Margiela. From 2010 to 2011, Dries served as the Group Manager for Designer Fragrances at Giorgio Armani Beauty, Ralph Lauren, and Maison Martin Margiela. Following this, they became the Project Manager for the Armani Code Franchise at Giorgio Armani Fragrances. In 2014, Dries took on the position of Marketing Director for Benelux Designer Fragrances. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Marketing Director for Lancôme in the Benelux region. Presently, Dries is working as the Marketing Director for Serax NV.

Dries Stuer received a Master's degree in Applied Economics with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Antwerp. Dries completed their studies from 2002 to 2006.
