John David Castro Vela

John David Castro Vela is an experienced solutions architect with over a decade of expertise in designing IaaS and PaaS architectures utilizing cloud technology and traditional on-premise storage. Currently serving as an Arquitecto de soluciones at Serban Group - Latam since July 2010, John has focused on integrating complex solutions across various business units related to information management and enterprise mobility. Prior to this, John held the position of Ingeniero de operaciones at Intek de Colombia, where responsibilities included the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of system solutions. Educational qualifications include a specialization in networks and telecommunications and a degree in systems engineering, both obtained from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia.
