Karl Johnson

Karl Johnson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently serving as Engineering Director at Serco Loaders since August 2023, Karl has also held significant positions such as VP of Engineering and Director of Engineering at Builtrite Manufacturing from February 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Karl worked at Stanley Labounty, Inc. for nearly 22 years, progressing through roles from Product Engineer to Sr. Project Engineer. Earlier career experiences include positions at Browne Medical Systems and Bill Davis Engineering, as well as a tenure as an R&D Engineer at Mentor Worldwide, LLC. Karl is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Woodland Amateur Hockey Association from 2004 to 2014. An alumnus of the University of North Dakota, Karl earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1991.
