Alan Crichton

Alan Crichton has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Alan joined BMW Services in 2000 as a Separation Programme Manager before transitioning to Jaguar Land Rover in 2002. At Jaguar Land Rover, they held several roles, including Marketing & Financial Services IT Manager and Application Manager, IT Services. Alan was also the Service Design & Transition Manager and Plant IT Manager at the Castle Bromwich Factory, where they were responsible for overseeing IT services and ensuring alignment with business operations. From 2012 to 2014, Alan served as the Business Service Manager for Marketing, Sales & Service and Enterprise IT. Finally, in 2020, they joined Serco as the DevOps Service Lead.

Alan Crichton attended Hatfield Polytechnic and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons degree in Vehicle Engineering.
