Andrew Butters

Andrew Butters is a seasoned finance director with a robust track record in turnaround and performance improvement across various sectors, including corporate finance and facilities management. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham, Andrew began a career at PwC, later advancing to positions at Grant Thornton, Stobart Group, and leading financial roles at Sodexo and Serco. Currently, Andrew serves as the Finance Lead for Serco’s largest contract, overseeing a team of eight and driving strategic financial management. With excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to implement change, Andrew has successfully navigated complex financial landscapes and contributed to significant business growth.
