Claire Wickens

Claire Wickens has extensive experience in project management and customer service, currently serving as a Senior ERP Project Manager at Serco since July 2008. Previous roles at Serco include Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, PMO Officer, and Customer Service Team Manager. Additionally, Claire has been a Retained Firefighter with Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service since January 2009. Prior to Serco, Claire worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Lincolnshire County Council and as a Senior Dental Nurse at Carl Godfrey Dental Surgery. Claire holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Wolverhampton, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and completed education at Tuxford Comprehensive School from 1998 to 2003.
