Dave Boyd Smith

Dave Boyd Smith has extensive experience in operations management and leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as Operations Director at Serco since February 2020, Dave has also held roles such as Interim MD for CIIS and Account Director. Prior to Serco, a tenure at Capita from October 2014 to January 2020 included positions as Operations Director and General Manager, as well as serving as Customer Service Manager from April 2011 to April 2014. Dave started his career at Vertex Data Science as a Section Manager from April 2004 to August 2008 and worked at Vertex from 2000 to 2008 in a supervisory role. Educational background includes All Saints High School.
