Donna Sullivan

Donna Sullivan is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience at Serco since 2006, specializing in research and development of learning theories and delivery systems for education and training. In this role, Donna has developed expertise in instructional systems design (ISD), performance analysis, and a variety of training methodologies, including web-based, experiential, and blended learning. Prior to Serco, Donna served as a consultant at Sullivan Associates, working across multiple industries, and held leadership positions at PLS Global, where responsibilities included the management and implementation of training programs for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Donna holds a Master’s degree in R&D Management and Educational Technology from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Secondary Education from Notre Dame College.
