Eduardo Rojas Madrigal

Eduardo Rojas Madrigal is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Service Level Manager and IT Infrastructure Engineer at Serco, supporting EUMETSAT since July 2023. Eduardo manages a team responsible for the operational backend infrastructure, focusing on both cloud and on-premise systems, including Microsoft Azure and VMware. Prior to this role, Eduardo worked at Advanced Computer Systems A.C.S. Srl as IT Infrastructure Engineer Contractor and Service Level Manager at EUMETSAT from August 2016 to June 2023. Earlier career experience includes consulting and technical roles at Biznet Solutions, Microsoft Corporation, and Sykes, with a strong emphasis on IT infrastructure, security, and Microsoft technologies. Eduardo holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management from Universidad Nacional and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
