Edward Loomis

Edward (Ed) Loomis is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and public affairs, currently serving as a Senior Strategic Communications Consultant at Serco since October 2022. Previously, Loomis worked as a Strategic Communications Planner for Janson Communications, providing critical advisory roles to the United States Army and producing influential communication strategies. Roles with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the IRS involved leading public affairs and communications efforts on a large scale, while earlier positions at the 101st Airborne Division and U.S. European Command focused on developing robust public affairs structures and operations. Educational credentials include a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Master’s in Journalism/Mass Communications from Marshall University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
