Franz Helchinger

Franz Helchinger is currently an F-35C Senior Analyst at OPNAV N98 with Serco. They previously served as a Policy Analyst and Deputy Mission Commander at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, where they drafted policy statements and coordinated international treaties. Franz also has extensive military experience with the US Navy, working as a Naval Flight Officer and Tactical Aviation and Strike Weapon Action Officer, among other roles. They earned a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
