Graham Lyth has over 25 years of experience in service delivery and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Business Unit Service Partner and previously as Service Delivery Manager at Serco since February 2010, Graham is responsible for delivering contractual service level agreements and improving service through collaboration with technology teams and business units. Prior to Serco, Graham was the Section Manager at Capita, overseeing a claims handling operation for the Department of Energy and Climate Change. Graham also served as Store Manager at WHSmith, managing several high street branches. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 Award in Executive Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management and training from Axelos and APM Group.
