John A. Robusto

John A. Robusto is an experienced professional with a robust background in program management and operations within the defense sector. Currently serving as the Navy-Marine Corps Program Director and Operations Director at Serco since April 2021, John oversees the planning and execution of a substantial portfolio of 45 programs, ensuring project profitability, quality, and timely delivery. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Whitney, Bradley & Brown, contributing to the management of Navy and Marine Corps projects and mentoring program managers. John's military service includes significant roles with the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve, where responsibilities included managing personnel and ensuring operational readiness. An MBA graduate from Strayer University, John also holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.
