Josh Haagsma

Josh Haagsma serves as the Group Director of Transformation at Serco since September 2025. Prior to this role, Josh held several prominent positions at AND Digital, including Group Delivery Executive and Managing Director for both Club Turing and Club Curie. With extensive experience at Tigerspike from February 2013 to August 2022, Josh progressed from Senior Project Manager to Regional Director, overseeing the success of diverse digital projects for global clients. Earlier career roles included Project Manager positions at Hyro, Thin Martian, and Heyday Telecommunications, complemented by a Programme Director role at Isobar, managing significant projects for Kellogg's. Josh holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Diploma of Engineering Practice in Telecommunications from the University of Technology Sydney.
