Kelly Wu

Kelly Wu is a seasoned financial reporting and accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Serco since July 2022, Kelly's prior experience includes positions in external financial reporting and accounting policy at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2017 to June 2022, and a managerial role in accounting at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) from August 2014 to June 2017. Earlier in career, Kelly held positions as the Technical Accounting Lead and SOX PMO at XO Communications and as an Audit Senior at Deloitte. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia, completed in 2008.
