Kevin Alexander is the Director of People Services at Serco Asia Pacific, where they drive operational efficiencies across people-related shared services. They bring over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, having held several significant roles, including Group Operations Delivery Director at The Adecco Group and National Workforce and Talent Director at Modis Australia. Previously, they managed ICT at The Synergy Group and worked in various capacities in recruitment and general management across notable firms such as Finite IT Recruitment and Hudson. Kevin completed their education at The University of Queensland and Toowoomba Grammar.
