Kim Griffiths is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Barts Health NHS Trust since May 2023, Kim supports HR functions for the largest Soft FM contract in the UK, overseeing approximately 1,700 staff at five NHS hospitals in East London. Prior to this, Kim has held significant positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Serco since October 2014, and Personnel Manager at The West Brom from October 2011 to October 2014, where management of a team was essential. Additional experience includes HR Manager roles at Swisslog and Associated Independent Stores Ltd, as well as a Personnel Manager position at The London Taxi Company (Aust) Ltd.
