Louis Summerfield

Louis Summerfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational assurance and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operational Assurance at Serco since July 2021, Louis previously held the role of Contract Performance Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Serco, Louis worked at The Australian National University from June 2018 to July 2021 as the Alumni and Donor Relations Manager for the ANU College of Business and Economics, focusing on alumni engagement and campaign management. Additional experience includes roles as Team Leader at Serco, Director at CDL Catering Pty Ltd, and Team Leader for Customer Satisfaction at TransACT Communications. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Australian National University and a Graduate Certificate in Criminology from Charles Sturt University.
