Norman McComb

Norman McComb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and environmental management. Currently serving as the Sustainability Advisory Director at Serco since September 2025, McComb previously held the position of Director of Sustainability at EY from January 2024 to August 2025, focusing on the MENA and GCC regions. As the ESG & Environmental Sustainability Organization Lead at Saudi Downtown Company from April 2022 to January 2024, McComb spearheaded environmental initiatives across twelve cities in Saudi Arabia. Other significant roles include Associate Director for Saudi Arabia at a confidential firm, APAC Environmental Team Lead at Cardno, International Development Safeguards Expert at the Asian Development Bank, and founder of Logic Hub. McComb earned an MSc in Environmental Engineering and a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Queen's University Belfast.
