Pete Cooper

Pete Cooper is an experienced professional in offender management and custodial operations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Offender Management Services at Serco since February 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of offender management in a newly built prison and collaborating with a dynamic senior management team. Prior to this role, Pete held various positions at Catch22, including Head of Offender Management, where leadership of a team of Case Workers and Administrative staff focused on risk management for offenders. Additionally, Pete's earlier work at Serco and Sheffield City Council involved coordination of housing and drug services for ex-offenders and support for vulnerable individuals. Educational background includes attendance at Wales High School.
