Peter Karounos

Peter Karounos is a seasoned professional in defense acquisition and shipbuilding, currently serving as Director at Serco since August 2019, focusing on AUKUS and submarine projects. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Alion Science and Technology as Director/Division Manager, and various positions within the Department of Defense, including Special Assistant and Major Program Manager. Peter's extensive career in naval systems includes significant roles at PEO Submarines and Naval Sea Systems Command.
