Phil Capell

Phil Capell is a security professional currently serving as a PCO at Serco, having previously held positions such as Security Manager at Parkdean Resorts and Team Leader at DS-48. They retired from the Metropolitan Police Service in 2011 after 25 years of exemplary service, where they served as a CO19 Firearms Instructor and earned commendations for handling armed incidents with professionalism. Phil has extensive experience in close protection and firearms instruction, having worked with various organizations including Trojan Consultancy and Symbiotic Security Training. They have designed and run a Tactical Firearms Course in Bulgaria and are well-versed in managing high-pressure situations effectively.
