Rewi Thompson is a veteran and defense business leader with a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and team development. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Rewi has held notable positions, including Commissioned Naval Officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy and Business Development Manager at Serco. Currently serving as a Contract Director, Rewi focuses on delivering simulation-based training systems for the New Zealand Defence Force. Known for building relationships and navigating demanding environments, Rewi is committed to enhancing New Zealand’s security and readiness.
