Rich Gilligan

Rich Gilligan has a long-standing career with Serco, beginning in January 1978 and culminating in retirement from the position of Vice President. Prior to retirement, Rich held the role of Vice President of Corporate Assurance at Serco Group plc from 1994 to 2008. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University Camden (1968-1972) and further studies at Temple University (1973-1977).
