Sandra Farrell

Sandra Farrell is an experienced hospitality professional with a focus on service excellence. They managed operations as the Hospitality Operations Manager for Tsebo Solutions Group, overseeing nine resorts, and later served as an Executive Housekeeper at Crown & Champa Resorts, managing 284 villas and ensuring high standards within budget. Previously, they held positions as Executive Housekeeper at DoubleTree by Hilton and Protea Hotels by Marriott®, where they directed housekeeping operations and staff management. Currently, Sandra is the Operations Manager at Serco and is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of South Africa while having previously earned a Diploma in Project Management from the same institution.
