Scott Newhart has a diverse background in military and operational management, serving in various senior roles within the US Army from June 2017 to May 2018, including Command Sergeant Major and First Sergeant positions focused on aviation operations and maintenance. Following military service, Scott worked as Executive Assistant to the Director at The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and held a Senior Fellow position with the City of El Paso, Texas, in 2019.
