Simon Bailey

Simon Bailey currently serves as the Managing Director of Transport & Community Services at Serco since January 2024. Previously, Simon held the position of CEO of Sodexo Home Care UK & Ireland from March 2022 to December 2023, overseeing a significant home care business portfolio. Simon's extensive experience at Serco also includes roles as Managing Director for Leisure, Micromobility & Testing Services, and as Regional Director, managing health facilities and business development across multiple sectors. Prior to this, Simon contributed to the transport sector at Grant Thornton and Virgin Trains in various leadership roles. Simon holds a Master's degree in Transport Planning & Engineering from the University of Leeds and additional qualifications from prestigious institutions, including the University of Oxford and the University of Westminster.
