Stephanie W. has a diverse background in process improvement and project management, with significant experience in consulting and analytics within various organizations. Stephanie began a financial analyst internship at UBS in 2005, followed by internships at Bank of America and gaining consultancy experience at Deloitte Consulting from 2007 to 2011. Afterward, Stephanie served as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton until 2015, before continuing to work in program management and IT strategy roles at Whitney, Bradley & Brown and later at Serco, where Stephanie held titles including Deputy Program Manager and Senior Program Manager. Stephanie has been with Serco since April 2021, initially as a Process Improvement Analyst and currently continuing in the same role since February 2023.
