Terri Malone

Terri Malone has a diverse range of work experience. Terri is currently working at Serco as the SVP and Chief Growth Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Northrop Grumman for several years, holding various leadership positions including Business Unit Vice President and Vice President of SA and Mission Readiness Business Unit. Terri also served as a Vice President of Business Development at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Inc. and held multiple roles at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, including Director and Department Manager. Terri also worked as a CFO at National City Christian Church Foundation and as a Department Manager / Program Manager at Birch & Davis Associates. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Consultant at Accenture.

Terri Malone obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University between 1983 and 1988. Terri later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University, completing their studies between 2002 and 2005.
