Felipe Medeiros

Felipe Medeiros is an experienced professional currently serving as the Superintendente Estratégia e Inteligência at Sercom since March 2018, overseeing the Planning, Quality, Projects, and Customer Experience departments. Previously, Felipe held the position of Superintendente de Transformação Digital & Marketing at SKY Brasil from September 2012 to March 2018, and prior to that, Felipe worked at Teleperformance Brasil as Especialista de Operações. Felipe holds a Pós-graduação in Gestão de Negócios com Ênfase em Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a degree in Gestão Financeira from Unicsul.
