Andrea Sztajn is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Serena Energy since December 2021, Andrea previously held similar positions at Serena Geração from February 2019 to December 2021. Prior to these roles, Andrea worked as Head of Funding and M&A at Serena Energy and held significant investment banking positions at Citibank, Credit Suisse, and UBS Investment Bank, focusing on origination and execution of projects in various sectors including consumer and retail. Andrea began the career as an Investment Banking Intern at UBS and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Macroeconomics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
