Gustavo Barros Mattos

Gustavo Barros Mattos possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Construction and Engineering for both Brazil and the United States at Serena Energy since March 2008. Gustavo Barros's roles within the company have included Director of Portfolio Development in the US, Director of Development and Implementation, and Director of Operations. Prior to joining Serena Energy, Gustavo worked at Grupo Guascor from June 2002 to February 2008, holding positions such as Manager of Hydro Implementation and Operation and Wind Development Engineer. Gustavo's career began at Voith Siemens Hydro as a Junior Engineer and included a trainee position at Siemens. Gustavo holds a Master of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
