Melissa Rodrigues

Melissa Rodrigues is a Foreign Legal Manager at Serena Energy since August 2023. Prior to this, Melissa worked as an M&A and Corporate Lawyer at Stocche Forbes Advogados from April 2014 to July 2022. Melissa also has experience as a Legal Intern at the same company. Melissa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCLA, a postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, and Tax from FACULDADE FIPECAFI, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Melissa has also studied at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and completed the CopyrightX program at Harvard Law School in 2016.
