Ricardo V. is an experienced project manager and PMO leader in the renewable energy sector, currently working at Serena Energy since October 2021, overseeing the execution of wind and solar power projects, including the Assuruá 4 and Assuruá 5 wind plants and multiple solar plants. Prior to this role, Ricardo held positions at Enel Green Power, focusing on contract management and project control for renewable energy constructions, and worked as a project engineer at Ensco plc, where responsibilities included maintenance and upgrade projects on oil platforms. Additional experience includes planning engineering roles at Concremat Engenharia e Tecnologia SA and a sales engineering internship at Johnson Controls. Ricardo holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca.
