Laura Zaspel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and event management. As the Founding Consultant at New Energy Consulting, Inc. since March 2010, Laura has focused on providing strategic insights in the energy sector. Concurrently, Laura has served as President of Serendipity Catering since July 1999, overseeing a full-service catering operation that specializes in unique and high-profile events. Previously, Laura held the position of Marketing Manager for Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Technology at the U.S. Department of Energy from August 1994 to August 1996. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Science and Business Administration from the University of Denver, earned between 1991 and 1994, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University, completed in 1991.
