Serendipity Esports helps schools and organizations run better esports programs.

Unlike many esports companies that began in LAN centers or gaming venues, Serendipity was built from inside collegiate esports programs. Our founders have served as university esports coaches and directors and understand the operational challenges programs face every day.

That experience shapes everything we build.

We focus on the administrative and strategic side of esports — the work coaches and directors juggle behind the scenes.

Our solutions include:

• Basesignal esports management software to centralize recruiting, roster management, budgeting, asset tracking, and program operations
• Facility design and planning built specifically for academic esports environments
• Procurement and furniture solutions that align with institutional purchasing processes

Instead of selling equipment or isolated tools, we help programs build sustainable esports operations.

Our mission is simple:
Make esports programs easier to run so coaches and directors can focus on students, competition, and community.
