Charles Coppersmith has a diverse range of work experience in the wine and hospitality industry. Charles most recently served as the Northern California Director of Sales at Serendipity Wines, starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Authentic Wine Selections as a North Bay Sales representative from October 2016 to February 2020. Charles also held the position of General Manager at Garre Vineyard and Winery from January 2014 to February 2020, where they oversaw various aspects of the business including the restaurant, tasting room, banquets, sales and marketing, and business development. Charles has also worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at River Terrace Inn from April 2015 to March 2017 and as the Wine Director/Sommelier/General Manager at Parcel 104 from July 2011 to July 2013, where they successfully improved wine and spirits sales. Additionally, they have experience as a Cellar Master at Fleury Estate Winery from May 2009 to January 2011.

Charles Coppersmith completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida State University from 2003 to 2007. From 2003 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Hospitality with a focus on Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the same institution. In 2009, Charles continued their education by attending the Culinary Institute of America Napa Valley, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Wine Professional, specializing in the World of Wine. During the same year, they also attended the Master Court of Sommelier and earned a Certified Sommelier Level II degree, focusing on Wine, Spirits, Beer, and Cigars.
