Currently serving in two roles at Vocalink, a Mastercard company, and as a Fintech Advisor at Serene since 2024, Naomi has previously held positions at Deloitte and TSB Bank, where responsibilities included leading commercial strategy, transformation, and operational resilience frameworks. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Lloyds Banking Group as Director of Operational Resilience & Security, managing security policies and strategies, and significant roles at RBS, where Naomi focused on business risk and compliance. Naomi's career began as an Intelligence Officer at the National Criminal Intelligence Service. Educational qualifications include an MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an LLM in International Business Law from UCL, and a BA in Law with Criminology from The University of Sheffield.
