Philippe Rigal

Philippe Rigal is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in various industries including food and hospitality. Currently serving as Directeur des Achats, Supply & QHSE at Serenest by Vermaat since November 2023, Philippe is focused on restructuring the purchasing department, launching new product lines, and implementing a comprehensive purchasing strategy with an emphasis on sustainability. Previous positions include significant roles at PLANET SUSHI, Place du Marché, DGF, Azura Group, Transgourmet, and Club Med, where Philippe demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiations, team management, product development, and strategic purchasing. Philippe holds an MBA specialized in Management and a Master's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Ecole de Savignac, as well as a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Montpellier.
