Neha has also served in roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Fund Manager. Neha has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from New York University and completed the IB Diploma program at B.D. Somani International School. Throughout their career, Neha has demonstrated a strong passion for the investment industry and has engaged in educational programs to deepen their understanding of core investment concepts.

Founded in 2007, Serengeti is an opportunistic value-driven investment firm focused on creative and flexible capital solutions to innovative private companies and their shareholders. These assets are underserved by traditional capital providers, presenting an opportunity to build financing platforms at scale in unique asset classes. As an extension of the financing platforms, we are able to identify investments with compelling risk-adjusted returns in a variety of market conditions. Our expertise investing across the capital structure allows us to comfortably evaluate these opportunities across multiple sectors, asset classes and strategies, with a focus on special situations.
