Raysa Pineda

Raysa Pineda has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Case Manager at Serenia Life Financial since June 2019. Previously, Raysa held several roles at Manulife from 2006 to 2018, including Group Benefits Health Claims Adjudicator and Group Benefits Plan Administrator Representative. Earlier experience includes positions at FaithLife Financial, where Raysa worked in member services and administration, and Junior Achievement of Waterloo Region as an Administrative Assistant.
