Flavio Marin

Flavio Marin has over two decades of experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Sales Director at Serenissima Informatica Spa since November 2002, responsible for implementing commercial policies and achieving strategic objectives while managing financial, human, and instrumental resources. Previously, Flavio held the position of Deputy Sales Director, focusing on sales force management and organization in collaboration with General Management, and served as Area Manager for Hospitality in Central and Southern Italy, where responsibilities included achieving sales targets and training team members. Flavio's earlier experience as a Management Consultant at Mapi Srl involved specializing in the banking and financial services sectors, working on micro-organization projects to analyze and optimize business processes for various banks. Flavio holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from the Università degli Studi di Padova, earned between 1990 and 1996.
