Lynette Knodle

Lynette Knodle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lynette started their career at Kable Media Services, Inc. in 1983 and worked their way up from a Programmer Trainee to a Supervisor of Programming. Lynette later became the Systems and Programming Manager, Director of Systems and Programming, and finally the Executive Director of Information Services. In this role, they were responsible for managing a staff of 120 across three locations and overseeing all IT development and operations.

After leaving Kable Media Services, Inc., Lynette joined Palm Coast Data as the Executive Director of Information Technology. Here, they led the consolidation of services from multiple locations into one. Lynette also oversaw the construction and expansion of facilities, managed client relations, and handled various other tasks related to IT and project management.

Lynette then joined Serenity Hospice & Home as the Chief Operating Officer, where they organized and implemented hospice services to the community. Lynette also served as the Community Coordinator, where they trained and coordinated over 140 volunteers and acted as a liaison in the community for awareness, education, fundraising, and promotion of the organization's work.

Eventually, Lynette became the CEO of Serenity Hospice & Home. In this role, they led, organized, and implemented hospice services to the community. Lynette provided comprehensive project management to achieve Joint Commission Accreditation in 2016.

Throughout their career, Lynette has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and coordinate various management activities to meet the objectives of the organizations they have worked for.

Lynette Knodle has a diverse educational background. Lynette obtained their B.S. in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their A.S. in Liberal Arts at Rock Valley College from 1980 to 1985.

In addition to their degrees, Lynette has also earned several certifications. Lynette obtained a Psychology of Leadership certification from eCornell in April 2022. Lynette also holds a COVID-19 Contract Tracing Certificate from JOHN HOPKINS UNIVERSITY, which they obtained in July 2020. In November 2019, Lynette obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from eCornell. Their certifications include a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA) from the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center, acquired in December 2018.
