The Engineering and Technology Team at Serenity Hotels & Resorts | Makadi Bay | Hurghada ensures the seamless operation and maintenance of the hotel's infrastructure and technological systems. The Owner Engineer oversees infrastructure projects, while the Director of Information Communication Technology manages the overall IT strategy. The Assistant Chief Engineer supports day-to-day engineering activities, and the IT Specialist handles technical support and system maintenance, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.
