Katie Biel

Katie Biel is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and training across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Serenity Ridge since November 2021, Katie oversees the launch and strategic growth of a Wedding and Events venture. Prior to this role, Katie was the Vice President of Field Operations at Clean Juice, where responsibilities included leading franchise operations for over 100 locations and collaborating with franchise partners to enhance sales and guest experiences. Previous positions at Double R Restaurant Group involved directing human resources, training, and overseeing the operational performance of multiple restaurant concepts.
