Jay Li

Jay Li is an Associate at Serent Capital. Prior to joining Serent, Jay worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in the Mergers and Acquisitions group from June 2021 to July 2022. Jay also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure group from October 2020 to June 2021. Prior to their investment banking career, Jay was a Portfolio Management Intern at Morgan Stanley from April 2017 to May 2018, where they learned the fundamentals of both macro and micro financial concepts and the recent development of economic cycle. Jay was also a LEADS Summer Program Participant at UBS from July 2016 to July 2016. In addition, Jay interned at EY in their Consulting practice from May 2016 to July 2016. Jay started their professional career as a Director Of Performance at Georgetown University Student Investment Fund from February 2016 to December 2018. Jay began their academic career as a Business Fellow at The Compass Fellowship from September 2015 to June 2016.

Jay Li has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance Major from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Jay also has a Economics Minor from Palisades Charter High School.
