Adnan Khan

Adnan Khan has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Adnan currently works as the Head of Human Resources at Serentica Renewables, where they are responsible for organizational design and talent management. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Partner at Sterlite Power, where they focused on the corporate and renewable business sectors. Adnan has also held HR roles at Hindustan Powerprojects Private Ltd, Punj Lloyd Limited, Moser Baer Engineering & Constructions Ltd., XecuteHR Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Indraprastha Power Generation Co. Ltd., New Delhi. Throughout their career, Adnan has acquired expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and employee life cycle management.

Adnan Khan completed their education at Jamia Millia Islamia. From 2006 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Adnan then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from 2009 to 2011. Adnan has also obtained additional certifications in Finance for HR KPI's and Metrics from Dun & Bradstreet in 2021, Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2018, and OD Certification from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2017.
