Amit Ramnani

Amit Ramnani is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance & Risk at Serentica Renewables since May 2024, where oversight includes the financial strategy and risk management of a 4 GW renewable energy portfolio. Prior to this role, Amit was the Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury at Sterlite Power, responsible for securing group-level funding, and served as the Regional Head (North) at L&T Infrastructure Finance Co Ltd, managing a substantial asset book. Earlier career experiences encompass positions at Leighton International, CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory, and Tata Power Company Ltd, where Amit contributed to mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and strategic business development. Amit holds a Chartered Accountant degree from ICAI and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
